What bicycle stem should I use …?
I’m doing a 70′s schwinn varsity project and I want to change my stem on my bike… I need to know what new stem would fit or witch one should I use …
Unless the stem is the wrong length for you, there’s not much point in replacing it. An attractive, high quality quill stem (like a Nitto) will run $50+. If your stem has merely lost its luster, it’s possible to remove any corrosion and repolish to a mirror like finish without undue effort or expense.
