ZZ Top Concert in Las Vegas !!?
Went & saw ZZ Top last night & still thinking about that awesome concert. The opening bands were the “Stray Cats” (pretty damn good), “The Pretenders” (Brought some cool memories back & they rocked)……and then ZZ TOP came out. There was not one person that did not sit down for an Hour and 20 minutes until it was over. I’m 47 years old I have been to over 50 concerts in my life, including seeing Van Halen (from my home town) Aerosmith, & other greats. I have got to tell you Billy Gibbons is one of the most amazing guitarits ever. Now I’m telling you Brian Setzer came out I thought wow, he was down right fantastic. Billy Gibbons took Brian Setzer to school. He blew him out of the stage !! From old school blues to Guitarmanship, I haven’t seen in a long time. Everyone walked out of the Orleans arena just mind blown on how amazing ZZ top and Billy Gibbons was on the guitar & this dude is over 50 years old !!! Any body else seen Gibbons and think he is better now than ever before ?
Gibbons is one hot blues Guitarist. Yeah he sounds just as good 30 years later. Saw them twice. Once in 78 and also back in 2000. Both concerts rocked !!
